Vestmerol is a structured AI and digital platform that provides data analysis, automated insights, and digital workspace tools to authorised users. The platform does not provide professional advice of any kind. All outputs are informational and organised for user review only.

2. Access and Eligibility

Access to Vestmerol is available through an onboarding request process managed by the support team. Vestmerol Pty Ltd reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke access at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Users must be at least 18 years of age to submit an access request.

3. Permitted Use

Users may access and use the Vestmerol platform for lawful purposes consistent with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information through the access request form or platform interface
  • Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with platform systems, data, or other users' accounts

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vestmerol Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including reliance on any data analysis, insight, or output generated by the automated system.

7. Termination

Vestmerol Pty Ltd may suspend or terminate a user's access at any time if these terms are breached or if the platform is discontinued. Users may cease using the platform at any time and may contact [email protected] to request removal of their data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
